（中央社記者蘇龍麒、陳偉婷台北5日電）財政部次長曾銘宗今天說，台灣公債定義符合國際貨幣基金(IMF)規範，中央政府債務餘額約為新台幣4.6兆元，且2011/9月3日後將達到零外債，與世界各國比較仍屬相當穩健。
